Dockline is marina management software for operators and boat owners. The service includes web, iPhone, and desktop applications for slips, customers, contracts, invoices, requests, and related operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Dockline is billed as you go based on usage. Amounts and included usage are shown before charges are incurred. You may stop using the service at any time; unpaid amounts remain due.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Dockline. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The offline-first architecture ensures continued access to your data even during outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dockline liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
